NEEEEEEEERRRRRD!

Went out in town to go and get lunch just now and two weird things happened. So I dressed up a bit because it’s finally looking like Spring, and just as I get near where I’m going to eat some guy comes up to me, tells me he “loves my look” and wants to draw me...? I didn’t understand exactly, how, where or why, but I didn’t want to commit to another (slightly dodgy) side-venture so I said no thank you. He said it would be paid. Maybe I didn’t understand but still I said no thank you and he walked away.

Then just now as I got towards home a guy comes up to me, ostensibly to ask for directions and I begin to do so and when I say it isn’t far (to the station) he says “If it’s not far, why don’t you come with me?” How creepy is that?

What’s weirder still is that last night I went out, got drunker than I’d ever been, and walked home without being accosted once...now in broad daylight I get two, let’s call them, “odd proposals”. Is this just Springtime, or is something weirder going on?
