Jun. 9th, 2004 05:32 pmHello.
'Interesting' day today. Had my French exam in the morning, that went fine, I'm pretty sure I did well.
After the Exam, we had an extra long break because we finished early. That was annoying 'cause I had to wander around by myself for ages (none of my friends were there, and the place I usually go was 'occupied'. Anyway, after break, I went and stood by my Maths room, to see if my lesson was on. It was, but kinda wasn't. I went up to find my teacher in the Maths Staff room and waited there for about 15 minutes while she talked on the phone. My feet caned after that 'cause I was wearing my big school shoes.
After she'd finished speaking on the phone, my teacher (who calls me 'Pippa') sat down with me and I asked her about some algebra - because - obviously - I have problems understanding it. Then she explained how to do all these different Algebra questions and the weirdest thing happened. I understood. It was incredible.
After that, I went up to my German class room, and since my teacher wasn't there and the cover teacher trusted me to sit there on my own, I just revised my Graphics. That was cool, 'cause I had the whole room to my self.
Then, when I came out, there were a group of people from the other side of the year hanging round on the football pitch. Anyway, I was walking past them (trying not to look at them) this idiot in the group said in this stupid sarky voice " I love school." - He was making fun of me 'cause I'm staying in school rather than mitching with all the rest of them. That felt bad. I'm typing this to get out my demons, in a way. 'Cause stuff like this always happens to me and I let it get to me. I bottle it up, and now I wanna tell it - to just be honest with myself. (woah. hello drama queen.)
So, when that happened, I was walking to the Art room to do some work on my piece, which I couldn't really do much to because I had a really crappy brush and I was on limited time 'cause I had to get my Graphics exam, which went better than expected. Anyway, that was my day up until now.
My brother's got back from this trip with his school (TBGS - the Grammar school) and he's exhausted. Mum was saying how they had a bad time - he was made to go on all these hikes and they didn't sleep or eat very well. I feel bad for him - and angry at the school 'cause they've ruined camping for him now.
Oh well.
Now I'm going to go and see if my Amazon order has been dispatched or not....
Bye.
Phillie.
